MAKE SURE ALL:
  • All door panel faces are washed top to bottom

  • All baseboards are washed

  • All window sills and sahes (where the two windows meet) are cleaned

  • The stairs white faces are cleaned of all black marks (use orange cleaner)

  • Wash all spindles going up the stairs

  • Spot wash walls in stairway
    • BATHROOMS:
  • BLEACH TILE GROUT WITH EXTRA STRENGTH BLEACH

  • Glass, mirrors, chrome hardware
    		• ........................................ clean and polish all areas

     

  • Faces of doors around handles,
    remove all finger prints,
    door moldings on faces of doors
    		• ........................................ Wipe down and dust

  • Walls by sinks
    		• ........................................ clean and disinfect

  • High dust in corners and edges
    		• ........................................ remove all cobwebs

  • Shelves and cabinets
    		• ........................................ Dust and wipe down

  • Pictures, window sills,
    panes, baseboards, moldings
    		• ........................................ Dust and wipe down
    FLOORS:
    Vacuumed edge to edge and washed edge to edge all articles and put back in the bathroom.
    DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUTSIDE BATHROOM, CARPETS, TRASH BARRELS. ETC.
    LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, FAMILY ROOMS, DENS, BATHROOMS:

  • High dust everywhere, EVERYTIME!!, Remove all cobwebs.

  • WASH ALL BASEBOARDS AND MOLDINGS

  • Polish all furniture and lighting

  • Entrance glass doors, French doors
    		• ........................................ all glass cleaned

  • Door frames and wall moldings
    		• ........................................ dusted and cleaned.

  • Mirrors and glass tables cleaned, finger prints removed

  • Lights
    		• ........................................ All table lights and standing lights
    dusted from light bulb down to bottom.

  • Chairs, clock, pictures, shelves
    		• ........................................ Dust tops, corners, edges

  • Vents, louvers, Fans, Blinds, Window sills and frames
    		• ........................................ Wipe down and dust.

  • Light switches, handles, push plates
    		• ........................................ Wipe down and clean.

  • All Floors vacuumed edge to edge, under all furniture and behind use a dust mop
    in the vacuum does not fit.

  • Wash all floors. If they are wood just lightly wet the mop with neutral
    clean and rinse mop every time.
    • KITCHENS:

  • WASH ALL CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS

  • Wash and wipe to shine faces, tops, sides and all areas of all appliances,

  • REFRIGERATORS,MICROWAVES,TOASTERS,ETC. STOVE SIDES AND TOPS AND FACES ONLY 

  • Counters, sinks, backsplashes all back faces of counters
    		• ........................................ clean and wash.

     

  • Vacuum floors edge to edge

  • Wash all floors edge to edge and all corners.
